Etienne Ayuk Ndip
Executive Director, FCDA
Etienne Ayuk is the managing director of the Foundation for Community Development. Etienne has built on a vast spectrum of experience on financial operations and management in both nonprofit management and technology industries in across emerging markets in Africa and Asia. He has spent the last six years of working experience both locally and internationally across fields in technology (internet sales and other add-ons services to institutions and Homes through Optical Fiber Network), Micro financing, Travels and Tourism, Education and Agriculture. Previously before starting FCDA, he worked for the South West Communication (SWECOM) PLC Douala as lead manager in finance and business operations for two years.
Etienne has also undergone training in community development through Internship for Philanthropic and Humanitarian Development (IPHD) in Jodhpur, Rajasthan, India where he created engagement with Self Help Groups (SHG) and worked with AASTHA Cooperative Credit society in Jodhpur as well as interviewed Managers at BAZZARI Finance in Jodhpur, India.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business with concentration in accounting and business management from the University of Buea. Etienne holds a Master’s degree in Administration and management of enterprise from the University of Yaoundé 2, Soa, Cameroon and a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) with concentration in Project Management in 2013 FROM Saint Monica University
ARNOLD ABE MBOM
Arnold Abe Mbom is the associate director and co-founder of Foundation for Community Development Association. Before co-founding FCDA, Mr. Mbom spent over a decade working in development in economic and community development across the emerging markets in Africa.
Mr. Mbom has a high technical expertise in project management techniques in agri-business developments. He is deeply committed to the feasibility studies, government and public relations, and monitoring of key performance indications for FCDA.
Mr. Mbom holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and is a certified accountant by the British Association of Certified Chartered Accountants (ACCA). He also holds a certificate in project management from Institute of project management in Australia, He also serves as the staff accountant for Telcar Cocoa, Ltd.
OJONG EBOB Claire ENOW
Ms. Enow is a managing and co-founding partner of FCDA. She has spent the last 25 years as an agri-entrepreneur across African emerging markets. Her experience as an agri-entrepreneur is deep rooted in the production of basic commodities to serve the African markets through agriculture.
She owns a sewing and embroidery shop where she trains young talented women. Ms. Enow is also a well skilled seamstress committed to the production of textiles on a large-scale. Her products include household embroideries such as bedsheets, tablecloths, hall decors, doors and window blinds.
In addition, she is the founder of three different self-help groups with the women in her local community to help them assist in their self-development.
